What is an online queue system?

An online queue system (also called a queue management system or QMS) replaces paper numbers and hardware ticket machines with software in the browser. Staff issue and call numbers from a computer or tablet, the waiting room sees them on a TV, and customers can follow their place in the queue on their phone.
How much does a queue system cost?

Do I need special hardware or a ticket kiosk?

No. All you need is a TV with Google Chrome (or a Chromecast), a computer or tablet with Google Chrome at the counter, and an internet connection. That's it. A receipt printer is optional if you want printed tickets.
Does it work with my existing clinic management system (CMS)?

Yes. QueueLoom is built to sit beside the CMS or POS you already use. Staff register the patient in the CMS as usual, then tap once to issue a queue number. There is no integration project, no double data entry and no patient records stored in QueueLoom — only the queue number (and a phone number if you choose to send WhatsApp messages).
Do customers have to wait inside the premises?

Is there a limit on videos or posters on the TV?
